Not because it’s easy, but because clarity makes the difference.
Over 21 years, I’ve gained insight into organisations from many perspectives: HR, operations and strategy, as well as culture, organisational development and process improvement. In mid-sized businesses and large corporations, across different roles and periods of change.
These experiences continue to shape how I see leadership. I look at both the individual leader and the wider system in which they need to make an impact.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned about leadership, it’s that it never works in isolation. Good leadership brings goals, people and resources together. When what really matters becomes clear, leadership becomes more effective and often feels easier, too.
As a certified systemic consultant, I ask questions that open up new perspectives and help you develop your own solutions.
I also draw on my experience and expertise when a specific suggestion, a method or a clear assessment would help. Your needs determine what we focus on.

Supporting people as they learn and grow After studying to become a teacher and spending a year teaching in Tanzania, I moved into training. At Siemens, I specialised in media-integrated learning and saw early on how differently people learn, develop and take responsibility.

Development takes more than good training At Lufthansa, my focus increasingly shifted from the individual to the organisation. In learning and knowledge management, and later as Head of the Corporate College, I was responsible for learning and development programmes, processes and teams in an international business environment.

Understanding leadership in context IIn leadership development and later as Head of Team Development, I worked with leaders and senior leadership teams. It became increasingly clear to me that leadership needs to be understood in relation to structures, expectations and the context of each organisation.

Culture meets Strategy At AirPlus, my focus shifted to cultural transformation, organisational design and strategy implementation. From culture and change to governance and leadership, through to goal-setting and performance processes, this is where the different aspects of an organisation finally came together for me.

Bringing all that experience together
Today, I combine these perspectives in my work with leaders. Systemic coaching and consulting draw on experience in leadership, people development, strategy, transformation and organisational development. This allows me to bring different viewpoints together and work with you to develop solutions that fit you and your leadership context.
