Your topic. More than one perspective.

Want to think through a difficult leadership situation, share experiences or simply find out how others handle it? In a confidential group, you bring your own cases, explore different perspectives and benefit from other leaders’ experience.

Think it through together. Find a way forward.

Conversations with leaders from other organisations open up new perspectives. In a confidential group, you meet people who know similar situations but bring different experiences, viewpoints and approaches. You share real cases, hear how others handle them and develop new ideas together for your everyday leadership.

How does it work?

This weekly group draws on the real cases, experiences and perspectives of its participants.

Weekly conversations

A regular session each week. You decide when and how often to take part.

Real cases to discuss

You bring what’s on your mind. We explore real leadership questions and situations from the group.

Learn from one another

Different industries, organisations and experiences open up fresh perspectives and ways forward.

Facilitated by me

I structure the conversation, ask questions and contribute my perspective where it helps move the discussion forward.

How we get started

Want to get a feel for the group first?

If the timing works, you can join the end of a session and meet some of the participants. That gives you a personal impression of the group before you decide.

Answers to your questions

Who takes part in the peer exchange?

The peer exchange is for leaders who are responsible for people and results and want to share and build on their experience with others. When bringing a group together, I make sure it combines different perspectives and that the participants are a good fit for one another.

How large are the groups?

Groups are deliberately kept small to leave enough room for meaningful discussion and real cases. In my view, 5–7 leaders is ideal for an in-depth exchange.

How is confidentiality ensured?

Confidentiality is the foundation of this format. What is discussed in the group stays in the group. This creates a setting in which real situations can be discussed openly.

Do I need to attend every week?

No. There is an opportunity to join every week, but attendance isn’t compulsory. You decide when to take part based on your schedule and whether you want to bring your own topic or benefit from the discussion of other participants’ cases.

Do I need to bring my own topic every time?

No. You can bring your own case, ask questions, share your experience or simply contribute to thinking through other participants’ topics. The different perspectives and experiences are precisely what make the group valuable.

What if someone from my organisation is already in the group?

To keep the exchange as independent as possible, I also consider participants’ organisational context when bringing a group together. If someone from your organisation is already taking part, we discuss in advance which arrangement would work for everyone involved.
