Your leadership. My programme to support you.

Between day-to-day demands and responsibilities, there’s often little room to reflect on how you lead. This programme creates that space.

Over 12 weeks, you combine well-grounded input with your own questions and the experience of other leaders. You try new approaches and develop ways of working that fit you and your leadership context.

Leadership develops in everyday work. Beyond the training room.

Good input matters. What counts is how you apply it in everyday leadership. That’s why the programme supports you over 12 weeks: you put new approaches into practice, reflect on your experience and bring real situations and questions to the sessions.

Six topics from your everyday leadership

The input sessions address six recurring challenges in everyday leadership. The consulting sessions focus on your specific situations and what will ease the pressure and make your leadership more effective.

How we get started

Not ready for 12 weeks yet?

Start with two weeks.

We either focus on the issue that matters most to you right now, or you join the next topic in the programme. You experience the input, practical application and consulting, then decide whether you’d like to continue.

Answers to your questions

How much time should I allow for the programme?

You don’t have to use everything the programme offers. I recommend around 3–4 hours a week as a useful rhythm, spread across short check-ins, input sessions, individual consulting and peer exchange. You choose which additional sessions and materials to use based on your needs and your schedule. The programme deliberately offers more options than you are expected to take up.

How do the group consulting sessions work?

You bring your own leadership questions and situations. In each session, we select specific issues and work on them together. Even when your topic isn’t the main focus, you benefit from the other participants’ cases. The situations differ, but the underlying patterns and questions are often surprisingly similar.

Do I need to attend every input session?

No. The programme is designed to fit your working life. If you can’t attend an input session, a recording is available.

What if one of the six topics isn’t relevant to me right now?

The six topics give the programme structure, but they don’t all have to matter equally to you at the same time. You take what is relevant to your situation from the input sessions. In the consulting sessions, we focus on where you can make the greatest difference right now.

Who takes part in the programme?

The programme is for leaders who already carry responsibility for people and results and want to deliberately develop their leadership. We focus on the questions, competing demands and decisions that arise in real leadership situations, rather than textbook approaches or basic skills.
